The first building of the Gustavs business center has six above-ground floors and two levels of underground parking. The glazed atrium roof, supported by wooden beams, allows abundant natural light to enter the building. The office center is equipped with spacious, bright and multifunctional work areas, meeting rooms of various sizes, a restaurant area, electric car charging facilities, as well as bicycle storage in the underground parking lot.

The total area of the building is around 20,700 square meters, and its anchor tenant is SEB Global Services. 

Several sustainable green initiatives were implemented in the building design. Charging options for electric cars, bicycles and scooters, solar panels that produce electricity, control of building heating and cooling with an intelligent building management system are already almost self-evident.

Various green initiatives can also be found in the building's architecture, including the wooden supporting structure for the atrium roof skylight. The choice of timber meant significant savings in all related stages - deliveries, assembly, assembly speed, CO2 emissions.

The building has been constructed to the highest BREEAM New Construction Excellent Fully Fitted certification requirements in the area of sustainability and has been built using sustainable solutions, which is an important investment for future.
