Certification by the independent international body Eurofins is the instrument that determines and guarantees a product's compliance with the parameters of low emissions of VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) - i.e. the chemical substances of various kinds responsible for pollution of indoor spaces - established by European Community regulations. 

The superior level certification "Indoor Air Comfort GOLD - certified product" demonstrates, in addition to emission compliance with European regulations, voluntary adherence to the most stringent environmental certification protocols established by European and national eco-labels and authorities, and therefore the lowest emission values in Europe.

In order to guarantee safety and healthy environments, CBI Europe has started testing its products, obtaining Indoor Air Comfort GOLD certification for the PT38 Soft Covering Double Alufoil panel, in the Raised Access Floors category.
