Dear Supplier/Customer,

We would like to bring to your attention that starting October 15, 2021 access to each CBI EUROPE site will be possible only for those in possession of valid Green Pass certification.

According to the provisions of the Legislative Decree no. 127/21, checks may be carried out at the time of access and / or on a sample basis, involving persons who carry out work activities in any capacity within CBI EUROPE, and will be carried out by personnel appointed and authorized by the Company.

In this regard, based on the provisions of the aforementioned Decree, all Employers are required in advance to verify the validity of the Green Pass of their employees (obtained through vaccine o certified swab).

In cases where the Green Pass is unavailable upon request, display is refused, or does not correspond with the Identity Documentation presented, the sanctions of the aforementioned Decree shall be applied.
